Bristol

An industrial city and port in southwestern England near the mouth of the River Avon.  A harbour town, Bristol sits on the estuary of the River Severn.  Stately Georgian mansions dating back to the 18th century surround it. A city of culture and class as well as a busy port and important economic centre, Bristol is the home of Rolls Royce and many other eminent British companies. During the spring, Bristol blooms with its many city parks full of flowers and the streets full of their perfume.
